What’s ISO 27001?
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is an independent, international organization that sets the global standards for security and safety. In short, ISO consults experts worldwide to create standards that define what excellence looks like. ISO 27001 (officially referred to as ISO/IEC 27001) is a part of the ISO 27000 family of standards, all of which are related to information security best practices.
Basically, ISO 27001 certification requires a company to have a documented information security management system (ISMS) that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. In effect, an ISMS is a set of rules that govern how data is managed, accessed, and secured. To be ISO 27001 certified, an organization must prove the existence and implementation of an ISMS that meets certain industry standards.
To achieve the ISO 27001 certification, MIXMOVE demonstrated a systematic and documented approach to protecting and managing sensitive company and customer information including intellectual property, employee and customer data, financial information and information entrusted to it by third parties.

Following an extensive audit by SGS Company, this certification confirms that MIXMOVE meets the highest standards for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving its information security management system (ISMS).
MIXMOVE uses Secfix's automated platform to continuously monitor its internal security controls against the highest possible standards. With Secfix, MIXMOVE has real-time visibility across the organization to ensure our systems' end-to-end security and compliance posture.
